Arm Study 2D + 3D

Decided to do some anatomy studies this year, starting with the arm. I wasn't originally going to do 3D studies as well, but decided if I want to get better at 3D I better do it. Plus it gave a practical application to my 2D studies. I still haven't figured out the secret to Zbrush crisp muscle definition, but I'll get there! Overall I Think i did well on the 3D, though the hand looks a bit on the small side. Tips and critiques welcome, especially on the 3D!
